Frequently asked questions
What are eyelash extensions?
Semi-permanent eyelash extensions are individual synthetic eyelashes that are curved to replicate a natural eyelash. Our lashes are thicker at the base and taper to a fine point. They are applied on to individual eyelashes, one extension at a time, for a natural, elegant look to lengthen, add fullness and curl to the existing lashes.
How long do eyelash extensions last?
A new full set with proper aftercare will last anywhere from 4-5 weeks, this will also depend on your lifestyle and growth cycle. Relash/Refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks to keep your lashes looking nice and full for continuous wear.
How do they feel?
Properly applied lash extensions are comfortable and light, you should not feel anything during or after.
How long does it take to apply a full set?
Depending on the chosen set/style, it can take about 90 minutes to 2.5 hours.
Should I go for Classic or Volume lashes?
Can I wear make up / make up remover?
Should I avoid anything after my lash extension?
No eyelash curlers on your eyelash extensions. Avoid rubbing, touching or excessively brushing your eyelash extensions.
After washing your face, use a tissue to blot dry lashes then brush with your spoolie.
Can I swim with my lashes?
Yes. Rinse lashes with water afterwards. Salt water or Chlorine water can break down adhesive fast.
Can I get a ReLash/Refill after a month of my application?
Usually No, refills are only after 2-3 weeks, at least 40% of your extensions must remain to be considered as a refill, otherwise you will need an Extended ReLash or Full Set depending on.
What would limit me from being a candidate for eyelash extensions?
If you have eye irritations or infections or experience allergies to the products being used.
